We need each other. That is my experience. The first time I was in a sacred sharing space everything changed for me. I realized I was not alone on my healing journey. I would love to share this circle with you. The New Moon is a perfect time to rest, reflect, and tune into your intentions for the month ahead.
Come as you are. You can expect an easygoing and informal vibe, gentle grounding and somatic healing, a talking-feather-style share, and some R&R where I take care of you with sound healing and/or a visualization. My goal is to help you let go and feel deeply supported by your by your Heart, Soul, Higher Self, and Great Spirit.
*Bring a journal. Bring a yoga mat if you have one, and anything that makes you more comfortable during an extended meditation and yin healing space.
