But only YOU could possibly know that way. You have the map. You are the trailblazer, the tiger in the jungle. You have the power.

You're the only one who can create what you want and need in your life. My job is to help you access your deepest truths, bring them out to the light of day, TRUST YOURSELF, love yourself through the growing pains, and help you take action for your highest good.

​Most people aren't ready to change. I am here for those who are.

I have deep compassion for what it takes (on every level) to really change. Following your heart and soul is no easy way to live. But to bury, avoid, numb or deny who you are, that is far worse. Either way you will be afraid, you will face adversity, you will have pain. But if you let yourself be who you are and have what you need, the pointless suffering can end. Your health and self-esteem will improve. You can even attain the energy to move mountains! How?

When we follow the path that leads us home to ourselves, we are blessed. We are made for that path, in the ease that follows every aspect of our life is uplifted. 

You are an extension of all living things, but you may accidentally block your intuitive flow.

My job is to help you remember and receive again.

Instead of resisting all that life-force and abundance (by denying your deepest self and needs), you are picking up your place in the song and dance of life. And it is like you already know the song and the steps. This is when you know it is your path. It gets EASIER, you are made for this! Your heart beats for this. You are invigorated. 

Freedom is choosing your truth. This is love in action. True freedom is the courage to follow your inner knowing.

​PRIMAL SPIRIT

​Collectively we are learning how to move from our heads to our hearts. It's not just believing, but KNOWING. This requires experiencing life in our bodies! Many ancient and First Nation traditions always understood this. Modern society lost its heart and soul. It fragmented things to death. Individually, we cannot get right through mental approaches in isolation. And if we can't get right with ourselves, we cannot lead ourselves out of personal hells. 

I work with people to get back in touch with their Primal Spirit. It's your deepest instincts. No more belittling your instincts, it's time to trust how you feel. It's your love and your spirituality in ACTION. It's the action of trust, of faith, of courage, of passion, of personal power.
