The Phoenix Club is for a very special kinda soul. This is not just a coaching program, it is also a support group for Empaths and the Highly Sensitive Souls. It is NOT EASY to be a true Empath. We feel the pain of the world, and we feel way too responsible for it.

This group will be a refuge and sanctuary. It is a place you can focus on filling up your cup and building up your own life. This group can balance out the Empath tendency of focusing on lifting up those around you at your own expense. Here you can focus on what you need, and what you want to create. If you relate to this invitation, if it resonates, then this space is made for you.

​An Ongoing Group Coaching Program
​Group Coaching can support you in making yourself and your wellbeing a priority. It is an opportunity to explore and express your current life vision with like minded peers. It is committing to making meaningful steps towards what you need most. But you’re not alone, you have a community supporting you and doing the same thing. It’s inspiring. Who says we can’t have fun on the journey of empowerment?! 
Coaching is a game changer. Why? Because insight is not enough. Positive change requires LOVE and ACTION. Don’t take no for an answer. Let's RISE! ​❤️‍🔥
  • The Phoenix Club is a group of 6-12 participants, committing to at least three months at a time. New people may enter the group after a free Phoenix Consultation, if it is a good match,  when there is space available. We meet twice a month for an hour and a half over Zoom. 

  • The rate is $100 a month. The Phoenix Club costs less than half the rate of individual bi-weekly coaching. This makes group coaching financially accessible for people who want everything that coaching can offer, as well as the fun of learning and growing with your peers.

  • One of the best things about group coaching is learning from each other! With built-in accountability from the group structure, check-ins, progress tracking, buddy and accountability calls between groups, etc, there is endless inspired progress to revel in.

  • Group Coaching provides the added bonus of having a community of other people committed to making positive changes in their own life. This social component makes a difference! Many of us have felt isolated in our dream to create something better. Our group stays in touch through a private social media group during the month. Organic friendships form and often grow, long after the group completes. 
  • Group Coaching is different from peer circles focused purely on listening. Group coaching is the best of both worlds, LOVE and FIRE. There is the confidential safe space to truly be yourself and share your feelings, and there is the additional focus on moving forward. You will receive support and support each other, as you problem solve how you are going to set goals and take action where you need it most.

  • I take the safety and integrity of the group seriously. In order to be part of this group, you must be in a place where you take 100% responsibility for your own journey moving forward. You must be ready to consider making the positive changes that you discover you want and need. This is a group focused on taking loving action, not just talking, after all. 😉

  • This is an introvert safe space. Nobody ever has to share, but we do keep cameras on to be connected. As a facilitator I make sure that there is quality space and listening time for everyone as a group, and space for you to connect with your own thoughts and feelings, most of all. ♥️​
