7pm -8:30pm EST over Zoom Due to the close nature of this group, it's no longer "walk-in." It is better for everyone involved, if participants make a commitment to the group. Interested? Email me! What is The Phoenix Club?
One of the most powerful ways to heal is to see yourself reflected. As a highly sensitive soul, you may not see yourself in the world around you. This support group is designed to be a safe haven. It is a place to fill up your cup, restore your energy and light, and see your sacredness mirrored in the loving presence of your people: the Sensitives. I also welcome Creatives, Survivors and Old Souls. I find we are in the same tribe, CONSCIOUSNESS ROYALTY. Right? HEC YEAH. <3 <3 <3
The Phoenix Club is a biweekly support group where you can feel at home. You can expect a gentle and relaxed format. We have a centering, heart share, option to talk about what's difficult, inspired theme of the night, and a refocus into your true power and gifts as a Sensitive. It is also a place where playfulness, levity and joy are embraced, because balance is everything. Expect your facilitator to make some bad jokes. You have been warned.

What would it be like to fully claim your wisdom, experience, and medicine? To honor your whole path as sacred?

This monthly Circle is a safe place to feel AND dream.
A place to relax, be with other conscious, royal souls,
be @#$%! inspired, and connect with yourself. :-)
Each circle has a unique theme with an ENERGIZED presentation! After that, you can also count on a consistent format- a meditation/visualization/some energy work, a witnessed share to open up on a deeper level (only if you want to baby), and rounding it out with some passionate conversation and group upliftment.

What to Expect from your Facilitator?
Erin Dolan is a Certified Health and Wellness Coach, writer and speaker. Erin brings a lot of experience as a group facilitator. They might also be a little crazy, but you can be the judge of that. But it is also a judge free zone. Ok. Back to being serious.
You can expect a safe space that allows you to drop into your center, connect with your heart, and feel you truth (even the tough stuff). This is Erin's wheelhouse. As is connecting with uplifting, healing energy, inspiration, HUMOR, and getting excited about what is possible. You can ALWAYS expect to be treated as the expert of your life. Erin helps you to own and trust what works for you, and what does not. You can expect a strong focus on your uniquely yours and brilliant- personal empowerment, ROYAL.
