Summer Grace. ‘May Grace flow through me’. Grace under pressure. This is the theme Summer chose for me. This is how I see it about Grace. Grace is letting Spirit take the wheel. It’s trust in something greater than my fallible mind and ego. It’s having an open heart even when it hurts, especially when it hurts. It’s letting myself fully feel, accepting how I feel, and what calls from deep in my bones. Grace is the surrender to the feels and the call in me. Then the miracle happens. JOYFUL LOVE. The JOY of life beating through me in her every truth, my truth; all of the pain, colors, light and vibration. it’s being FULLY ALIVE, unguarded. Grace is my full and utter alignment with my True Self. It is a dive off the cliff of my comfort zone, logical ideas and best plans… or the more day to day messy human version: my prayer for that dive to be possible. 

‘May my heart deliver me. May I recognize my heart, let it lead, and may I have the courage to follow it.’ 

This past winter I got my certification in Dr. Gabor Mate’s Compassionate Inquiry for Practitioner’s. This Spring I moved to northern Maine where my HSP heart and soul can finally just chill, haha. TREES. TREES. TREES. This Summer I officially changed my name to Aodh, pronounced AY. And, I was guided to take a roadtrip to the South to be with my family. It was called from the deepest place in me. After YEARS of inner work, trauma work, spiritual work, etc, etc, etc, I finally feel and recognize my inner guidance as my one true guiding light. I have always believed getting to this point was possible. And I will always have more work to do. But there is such a thing as reaching critical mass, the love in me is stronger than the fear. No single aspect of life requires more daily practice and doing the reps like a gym workout, then this. Love over fear, letting our hearts, body and inner knowing lead the way, not just thinking. Now I can say through enough experience, IT DOES GET EASIER, DRAMATICALLY SO. I  kept choosing myself and my truth over terror, again and again and again and again.  LOL. I feel like I have written other newsletters like this! It is my LIFE’S WORK. 

I am celebrating this turning point where Grace has flowed though me all Summer, where I am on the road and my life is rearranging and reordering itself RIGHT before my eyes, by sharing this energy with you. I am offering a limited amount of Summer Grace Sessions. Now is that sacred window of folding into September and the Fall Equinox.

​​After an intensive school year with Compassionate Inquiry, I needed a little recluse, nature and Mysticism. I also wanted to travel and be with my family. SO I LISTENED to WHAT I NEEDED. The revolution continues! HAHA. Now I want to GET BACK TO WORK. RAAAAAAAA! 🔥 

I will always be a Health and Wellness Coach and Advocate to End Domestic Violence. Now I’m also certified in Compassionate Inquiry. I support my clients to go much deeper through present moment awareness in the body, to get to those core truths behind the limiting beliefs that keep us in survival patterns of pain and suffering.  I will always be a well-versed Practioner for empathic, creative, and highly sensitive types, who’d like support prioritizing and loving themselves. AND, First and foremost, I’ve always been an Empowerment Coach. I am here to help others in True Self Empowerment. 

The answers are in you. 
The map is in you. 
The formula IS YOU. 
The mindset and action required needs to be generated BY YOU, 
AND you can get help on your path.
