Happy Fourth of July Everyone!
I am grateful for the liberties we have in the U.S., and the power we have to preserve our freedom. May you all feel the expansiveness that the healing energy of freedom can bestow. May you feel as capable and powerful as I know each of you to be. May you feel as worthy and beloved as you are, and may you enjoy the heat, R&R, and fun times that a good Summer can bless us with. Let’s go swimming!

Speaking of freedom… in imagining this love letter to you, guess what popped into my head? Oh and advanced warning, welcome to the mind of a Creative, lol. The genie from Aladdin! YUP. ‘I can show you the world.’ Well, the Genie opened the door for Aladdin. Bear with me. From a spiritual perspective those of us spiritually seeking, trying to heal, live empowered  authentic lives, etc (and those of us who feel the call to get started on the Conscious Path), there has NEVER BEEN A MORE POWERFUL TIME TO BE ALIVE. Yes, I hear the news and feel the despair. But I am also watching quiet miracles all around me. I see my friends, family, clients, local community, people I look up to, the incredible next generations, RISING UP and not taking no for an answer. 🗽🗽🗽













We are truly creators! We each have a genie in us, a wise all knowing Higher Self (connection to Spirit/God/morality, etc) that truly wants the best for us. It can’t tell us what to do or take away our fee will, that would be very un American. But it is rooting for us, and connecting us to the higher vibration of love, soul, magic and possibility. And may I be so bold, a 3 wish limit is simply ludicrous.

Every second of the day the universe says “your wish is my command.” No matter what you believe, we are all energetic beings. We always see more of what we focus on. We are creators and destroyers. There is love and fear. How do you want to harness and use this power? I offer you this. See your strength, your intelligence, your worth, the health, freedoms, safe people,  and choices you do have.  This is a foundation you can build on. So Aladdin, What will it be today? Want to be king, solve world peace, win the princess? You decide.

In honor of the fact this is A MAJOR HOLIDAY in one of the busiest vacation weeks of the year, I will attempt to keep this newsletter brief. Oops, may have already failed, lol. But below you will find some links and announcements. I still live and love living in northern Maine, I’m missing on my family and hope to have some quality time with them in the winter, I’m building up my coaching practice and super grateful for that, and am feeling blessed. After many years of struggle I have a foundation of peace I can share with others.
Oh and I have an astrology joke because I can’t help myself. They say those of us with Sagittarius Rising like to pick up and move to a new location every time we have a major shift in our life… that was so true!!!!! HAHA. But now as I have moved one too many times to want to think about that anytime soon, I seem to change my entire website instead. It is (mostly) brand new. What the heck is Somatic Healing you may ask?! Somatic Healing is learning how to feel safer in our physical bodies and glean from our body’s wisdom. This way we are not trapped in the suffering of trying to figure out everything in our minds alone. Somatic healing helps us experience our inner guidance, not just conceptualize it.

The Phoenix Club: Empaths Rising  is a group coaching program launching this October over Zoom. A few people have also expressed interest in a local group coaching program. If you want to be added to the list of interested people, let me know! The Making Miracles Program will return to the Gatherings in Surry Maine for January 2025. Early registration will be available soon.

The Alchemy New Moon Circle is meeting this Sunday at 6pm. If you register by midnight the night before you get a SWEET discount, otherwise you can pay at the door.

The New Moon is a perfect time to rest, reset, and tune into your intentions for the month ahead. What do you desire? When we take conscious time to listen we can hear our Heart and Soul’s call. Clean Up Your Own Mess: Protecting Ourselves From Chronic Takers
As many of you know I have an unofficial PHD in healing from narcissism. As a Highly Sensitive Person (HSP) and Empath, who tends to feel WAY TOO responsible for others at my expense, people with narcissistic tendencies came to me like a moth to a flame. If your first thought in reading this is fear you might be a narcissist, HONEY YOU ARE NOT. People with narcissistic tendencies wholeheartedly believe that they are not the problem and are NEVER to blame. This is why it is so difficult to have healthy and equal relationships with them.

I wrote a blog in the winter and quietly published it, because I was not used to writing with that level of an unapologetic tone. But I think it is important to share. This is why. If you are always on empty no matter how hard you try to improve your life, consider the impact of relationships that may be at your expense. As a culture we are becoming aware of the bullying and abusive tactics overtly narcissistic people operate from. But chronic taker patterns whether they are narcissistic or not, can be incredibly COVERT. As energy beings, if someone is always taking and not giving back, this drains us to the point it can be damaging to our self-esteem, self-identity, clarity, faith, confidence, forward momentum in our lives, and our physical and emotional energy. Ultimately our health will deteriorate. We are not made to be used. If you are concerned that some of the people you care about could be draining your life-force, please give this a read.
